Leadership and Academics

The women of Alpha Chi Omega strive to maintain leadership ability and academic interest. All members of Alpha Chi are externally involved in organizations and clubs on and off Florida State’s campus that expand and enhance their experience beyond just the walls of Alpha Chi Omega. Whether it is a club relative to their studies, an organization dedicated to philanthropy, or the Student Government Association, our members contribute their passion and drive to these outside organizations and clubs. Some of the many include the following…
-PH Rho Gams
-FSU Student Boosters
-FSU Best Buddies
-FSU All-Girls Cheerleading
-FSU Swimming
-FSU Bat Girls
-Dance Marathon Core Team
-Dance Marathon Captains
-Student Government Association: Vitality Party and Advanced Party
-Miss Florida 2017
-2017 Spring 1st Place Basketball Intramural Champions

While we encourage all of our sisters to be involved on campus, the Beta Eta chapter of Alpha Chi Omega has always made academics a priority. With many fun incentives and recognitions, Alpha Chi encourages academic interest within our chapter throughout the academic year. During both Fall 2016 and Spring 2017, Alpha Chi Omega proudly holds the title of highest overall GPA of all 17 Panhellenic chapters on campus. Over this past spring 2017 semester, 143 of our members earned spots on the Dean’s List and 33 girls earned spots on the President’s List.

Sisters represent us in a number of honors societies and academic fraternities including:
-Order of Omega: Greek Honors Society
-National Society of Collegiate Scholars
-Kappa Delta Pi (Early Childhood Education fraternity)

More academically involved clubs and organizations:
